Parts & Labour

Ross Automotive guarantee is that all repairs are covered by their 10,000 or three month warranty on all new parts and labour supplied unless otherwise advised.  Please note that new parts are covered by manufacture’s warranty which doesn’t cover labour and warranty period could be greater than 10,000 or three months.

All second hand parts are covered by a 30 day warranty only (except on electrical parts where there is no warranty).

Where a customer supplies their own parts they are liable to follow up any warranty of these parts with their supplier.

Tyres

All second hand tyres are replaced by our 30 days replacement warranty only (unless otherwise advised) and conditions apply.  All second hand tyres have a speed restriction of 110kph.

All new remanufactured tyres are covered with a 12 months/20,000km manufacturer warranty – conditions apply.

All new tyres are covered by manufacturer warranty (conditions apply).

All warranty details are on the back of all invoices issued.
